Our company is looking to recruit a Russian speaking Real Estate Agent to join our growing sales team in Limassol. The successful candidate will be fluent in both Russian and English with a strong sales background preferably in Real Estate.
Duties and responsibilities:
- Provide guidance and assist buyers in purchasing property under the best terms.
- Determine clients’ needs and financials abilities to propose solutions that suit them.
- Display and market real property to possible buyers.
- Display and market real property to possible tenants.
- Prepare necessary paperwork contracts, leases, deeds, closing statements etc.
- Promote sales through advertisements, open houses and listing services.
- Remain knowledgeable about real estate markets and best practices
Background and education:
- A minimum of 2 years’ sales experience preferably in the real estate sector
- Excellent knowledge both Russian & English.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Dynamic personality with the ability to adapt to varying customer profiles.
- Pleasant character with an ability to quickly forge relationships.
- Competent computer user.
