After the sale of the luxury apartments in buildings A and B reached its peak, Limassol Del Mar has launched further apartments in the tallest building in the development, consisting of 27 floors. Today, the Limassol Del Mar team is working intensively on the preparations for an event to mark the commencement of the construction works on 6 October 2017. The President of the Republic of Cyprus will honour this event with his presence and will set the project’s foundation stone.
This event is of particular importance to the company, since it marks a series of successes, including the impressive rate of off plan sales achieved, and at the same time it is a celebration of the project’s official launch. The commencement of the construction works is testament to the successful course the project is taking.
