During the difficult times that all humanity is going through with the spread of Covid – 19, CA Group of Companies commits itself to protecting the health of its staff, associates and clients.
Taking into consideration the calling of all specialists and of our government, to avoid unnecessary social contact, we have decided to take the following measures at our offices:
- Third party visits should be limited only to the absolute necessary.
- Remote meetings with clients and associates through conference or video calls are promoted wherever possible.
- Employees are encouraged to work from home wherever possible.
- Extra cleanings are arranged and everybody is advised to be extra cautious with personal and space hygiene measures.
Times like these call for us to adapt and be flexible and our approach is to work closely with clients to identify how best to deal with the situation.
There may be some disruption to service levels, especially when we need to deal with governmental authorities and banks, since everybody has announced strict measures in an attempt to combat the adverse situation . We will of course endeavor to minimise any impact and to maintain a high standard of customer service wherever we can.
We shall monitor the situation and should there be any changes to our policies during this time, we will keep you updated.
